Where to Go

Where I find myself is acceptable.
Being possible probably true.
Straight lines no letter at all
I go on and on without you.

Sentence me to a paragraph.
I’ll confess to anything you like
except to an animal with a staff.
Man, don’t train me to ride a bike!

Don’t zoo me to stick out my tongue
at all those high fallutin rollers.
They gamble behind bars and eat their dung.
What a bunch of disgusting strollers!

Just give me a couple of bucks
I’ll lope with the mule.
Throw an elephant peanuts.
Make the spectacle the rule!

Send me Africa to tame my soul.
To teach animals how to behave
at the end of a very long pole.
And we’ll all happily cave.

Can you imagine a place better than this?
Fight to maintain a balance of tricks.
No excuse. Face bliss with risks.
Run away and join the circus!
